Mike Bannister, the chairman of the Caf茅 Poets in Halesworth, whose poem Satin Moth has been included in The Best British Poetry 2011 book.

Naomi Jaffa, Director of the Poetry Trust, who looks ahead to the Aldeburgh Poetry Festival in November.

Audio poet Dean Parkin sits on the sofa. He's done work at a UN base in Germany and performed at an Edinburgh Festival fringe event last year.

Also on the show:

Historian Bob Horlock chats to Georgina about his book on past photos of the Mistley, Manningtree and Lawford area.
