Bedford Hospital says it's made changes after concerns were raised about nutrition and dignity. Selena Eaves, the deputy chief nurse for the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, talks to Jessica Cooper about the report.

Firefighters are tackling a fire at a disused building in Bedford. Emergency services were called to the property behind Sainsbury's in Clapham Road at 9am. Neil Thompson is on the programme from Beds and Luton Fire and Rescue Service.
