Military Wives, Hugh Lupton, Coeliac UK and Northampton Time Bank

John speaks to the local SSAFA about the Military Wives, he looks at gluten-free cooking with a student from Northampton College and finds out about Northampton's Time Bank.

Colonel John Royle and Deborah Griffiths from the local Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association are in to talk to John about their work. They also look at the hopes of the Military Wives' single Wherever You Are making it to Christmas number one. Hugh Lupton tells John about his show Straight From The Horse's Mouth and John catches up with Sarah Askens after her night sleeping outside. Local up and coming chef Perry Langley talks to John about gluten-free cooking, while Sarah Sleet from the charity Coeliac UK tells John why some people can't eat gluten and Adam Rainey has a report from Camp Hill Community Centre, where volunteers from Northampton's Time Bank have been holding a fun day.
