Alex Toft from the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance tells John about the work of the service, which continues right through Christmas. John's been down to Sixfields to find out about Extra Time, a community project offering exercise and activities for over-60s. Dani Parr and Laurie Sansom tell John about their experience co-directing the Royal and Derngate's Christmas Show, Alice in Wonderland and Sue Bowness talks to John about the Cynthia Spencer Hospice's Tree of Love Service.
