A 32-year-old man from Stoke-on-Trent's been remanded in custody charged with the murder of a toddler. Scott Hepburn, from Fenpark Road in Fenton, is charged with the murder of 18-month-old Ashley Johnson. We'll have the very latest with our reporter who's been following the story.

The boss of Royal Bank of Scotland has agreed to give up a bonus of nearly one million pounds in shares. Stephen Hester made the decision after Labour decided to force a vote in parliament on whether he should waive the award. We'll have the details later.
