Cold weather, Suffolk's new train operator, Gardening

Rob has the latest on the snow forecast for the county.

He talks to the managing director of Suffolk's new train company.

And there is gardening with Ric Staines.

The Met Office has issued an amber alert for Suffolk, with temperatures predicted to drop as low as -12C and several inches of snow expected to fall. Rob has the latest from our local forecaster, as well as the national picture and advice from Age UK Suffolk about how to look after yourself and your neighbours.

Rob interviews Ruud Haket, managing director of Abellio Greater Anglia, who are taking over the train franchise for Suffolk from National Express East Anglia. He asks him what his company will do differently, and what improvements passengers can expect.

Rob's business breakfast guest is Ipswich taxi driver and cartoonist Jock Davies. He talks about life on the rank, one of his famous passengers, and the strange questions he gets asked by his fares - including recipe advice!

There is a preview of an event at St Edmundsbury Cathedral to launch Talitha Koum, a Christian Therapeutic Community which will be based on a farm just north of Ipswich.

Rob talks to one of the county's librarians about what's going on for National Libraries Day.

And Ric Staines answers your gardening questions.
