University Hospital opens new A&E department

It's a big day for the University Hospital of North Staffordshire as it prepares to open its new Accident and Emergency department.

An inquest has heard social services made bad decisions and missed opportunities to protect a baby from Stoke-on-Trent who died after his father rolled on top of him in his sleep. Our reporter has been following this story and will have all the details.
