A window fitter who was prosecuted by Milton Keynes Council for smoking in his van, says he's very annoyed to have been fined more than 拢700 for something he maintains he didn't do.
Graham Firness was pulled over for a routine vehicle check and claims he lit up whilst he waited outside his van.
But the magistrates court agreed with the council officer who said Mr Firness had been seen smoking in his vehicle.
Mr Firness feels he has been treated very unfairly.
