Stoke City's Pennant banned from driving

Hear the latest after Stoke City footballer Jermaine Pennant was given a suspended eight-week prison sentence and banned from driving for three years after admitting drink-driving, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance in court earlier today.

Police have today charged former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks over consipracy to pervert the course of justice. Brooks, her husband Charlie, three members of her staff and News International security chief Mark Hanna have also been charged. Hear the latest from our reporter who has been following this story.
