The papers are again full of comment on the comedian Jimmy Carr, who has apologised for what he says is a terrible error of judgement over his tax affairs. He has confirmed he is no longer using a loophole which allowed him to legally minimise his income tax. David Cameron says the system, which allows wealthy Britons to pay a little as 1% tax is "morally wrong" and "dodgy". Conservative MP Jacob Rees-Mogg, however, doesn't think "morality" should come into it because the system is legal.
