40 per cent of people arrested for drink driving in Cheshire last year were under the age of 30, Cheshire Police have revealed, we'll ask if that means the drink-driving message is failing to get through to younger people.
The Department of Health predicts that the impact of tomorrow's strike by doctors will lead to 30,000 operations being cancelled, 58,000 diagnostic tests postponed and 200,000 outpatient appointments rescheduled.
Staffordshire County Council say they are prepared to respond quickly to communities affected by any flash flooding at the end of the week.
