Cook the Perfect...Coq au Vin with Joyce Molyneux
Legendary chef Joyce Molyneux joins Jane in the latest of the Woman's Hour Cook the Perfect series. Now in her 80th year, Joyce was one of the first women to be awarded a Michelin star, and is known for what her love of fresh, seasonal produce, and what she calls 'bourgeois home cooking'. She shares her thoughts on how to cook the perfect Coq Au Vin, and talks about her life as a groundbreaking female chef - from her very first forays into food during the war, to her restaurant The Carved Angel in Dartmouth, and how she still keeps cooking today, even in her retirement.
