Ipswich man charged with rape of 13 year old girl

One Ipswich man and three from London appear in court over the rape and abduction of a 13 year old girl.

Private company Serco is to take on some NHS services in autumn.

Four men have appeared in court in Ipswich charged with the rape and abduction of a 13 year old girl. One of the men is from the town, the others are all from London. Alison Acton has been following the case and tells Foz the latest.

A private company is being brought in to run community health services in Suffolk. The contract signed by Serco is worth 140 million pounds over the next three years. Unison's Tim Roberts doesn't think they have the experience to run these services and says there could also be job losses.

The fate of Felixstowe's Spa Pavilion is once again hanging in the balance. A Suffolk Coastal Council group has recommended the rejection of the one and only bid to run it. The Spa Pavilion Associates' Lisa Hardy tells Foz that they need to find out why they weren't accepted.

The Stowmarket Operatic and Dramatic Society is looking for budding actors to star in their Christmas pantomime Aladdin.
