Is paying cash in hand morally wrong?

Justin asks for your opinions.

The phone-in at 9, 'Is paying cash in hand morally wrong?'
The Treasury Minister and Hertfordshire MP David Gauke has accused householders who pay tradesmen in cash, in return for a discount, of being "morally wrong". It's thought the Government loses about 拢2billion each year as tradesmen fail to pay VAT or income tax by not declaring payments and keeping them "off the books". Tony Smith is from UK Uncut, who campaign against tax avoidance, he thinks the Government is going after the wrong people and it's the super wealthy that should be targetted instead.

From 10, Paul Wright and Theresa join Justin in the studio to discuss 'Is it possible to cure Obsessive Compusive Disorder?'
