Students plan to get to Gatwick Airport from Watford. Should they take the car or the train? By analysing maps and timetables, two pairs of students sketch out their journeys with approximate timings. One pair take the train from Watford and use timetables to plan their route into London and out on the Gatwick Express. The other pair plan to travel by car and look at average speeds.
