How much fuel does an aeroplane need? (pt 2/5)
To calculate how much fuel is needed on a plane, an accurate measure of its total weight on take-off is needed. Catering, magazines and crew are all accounted for and an average weight of passengers is also calculated. Finally, some of the passengers try to estimate how much their bags weigh.
