'All My Sons' - guilt and Joe's death
Arthur Miller explains how the idea Joe would commit suicide was a decision taken right at the beginning of the play and how everything leads towards this point. He explores the notion of guilt, both from Joe's and Chris's point of view and what this has taught Chris. Actors Sunetra Sarker and Paterson Joseph add further commentary exploring what the future may, or may not, hold for Annie and Chris. Miller describes the tragedy as being laid upon them and how this may have a bearing upon their future.
