Police are cracking down on anti social behaviour in Ipswich by making parts of the town a Dispersal Area. The zone covers streets between London Road and Bramford Road. Police say there have been nearly 250 incidents since March, involving youth nuisance, alcohol, drugs and urinating in public. Lesley speaks to Superintendent Martin Ransome from Ipswich Policing Command.

South Suffolk MP Tim Yeo has caused somewhat of a stir today with his call for David Cameron to show a courageous change of heart by going ahead with building a third runway at Heathrow. This afternoon Downing Street insisted that the coalition will stick to its commitment not to go ahead with it. Our reporter Gavin Lee has been giving Lesley a more detailed look at what Mr. Yeo had to say.
