Three women and a man have been sentenced for their part in helping to run brothels in Ipswich, Norwich, Colchester and the West Country.

In the news hour from 5pm, four people have been sentenced for their role in running brothels across East Anglia and the West Country. It follows an investigation led by Suffolk Police who raided rented flats and houses in Ipswich, Norwich and Colchester as well as Bristol, Swindon, Newquay and a village in Devon. Our reporter Andrew Woodger has been at Ipswich Crown Court and gives Lesley the latest.
Andrew Strauss has stepped down as England captain and announced his retirement from professional cricket. During his career he scored over 7,000 runs in 100 test matches. He made 21 centuries and took a record 121 test catches. He said winning the Ashes in Australia was the highlight of his career and denied his surprise decision to retire from cricket had anything to do with recent problems with Kevin Pietersen. Lesley has more.
Lesley has been catching up with another Suffolk person involved in the Paralympic opening ceremony. Dan Sloane runs his own event and technology company and was asked in March if he would head up the role of video production manager for both the Olympics and the Paralympics and he's been working on them ever since. Dan took five minutes out of his busy schedule to tell Lesley more about his part in the ceremony.
