Greenfield sites: development (pt 1/2 - narration)
An outline of the reasons for pressure to build on the greenbelt. Greenfield sites have never been built on and are usually agricultural land or natural vegetation. Population growth brings about a need for housing to be built in the green belt. Congestion brings about a need for better accessibility, resulting in warehouses and factories to be built in the green belt.
