Ipswich Town manager Paul Jewell says he won't be walking away, despite ten games without a win. He says he has confidence in his team and he'll try to have the confidence in himself to carry on.

In the news hour from 5pm, Ipswich Town manager Paul Jewell says he will carry on with his vision to turn the club around despite notching up ten games without a win. Speculation surrounded his future at Portman Road after giving away their lead against Hull on Saturday to lose 2-1. He's been speaking to our reporter Brenner Woolley.

The Suffolk and Norfolk based charity, Norcas, says the number of people coming to them for help with gambling addiction has risen by 500% in the past year. Some are pointing the finger at electronic roulette machines. Becky Ward, a former deputy manager at Ladbrokes in Newmarket, tells Foz that there are too many betting shops around nowadays and they're getting greedy.

A study has revealed that Felixstowe has seen the country's biggest increase in house sales. They've gone up by 60% in the first half of this year compared with the same period in 2011. Lloyds TSB puts the rise down to house prices falling by seven percent in the last four years. Foz gets reaction from Nigel Papworth, the senior partner at Diamond Mills estate agents in Felixstowe.

Foz also catches up with Strictly Come Dancing's Robin Windsor. He and his dance partner, Lisa Riley, have made it through to week four of the competition.
