How to create 3D objects from 2D shapes
A common real-world situation is used by the Chuckle Brothers to explain how a 3D object can be created from a 2D 'net' shape. We learn how to identify, visualise and describe properties of rectangles and 3D solids. Knowledge of properties is used to draw 2D shapes and identify and draw nets of 3D shapes.
