But now, has put away his camcorder for the last time.
听
For the last six years, he's produced a series with the key players on the local scene, filmed his own acoustic sessions, worked for us at 大象传媒 Introducing and volunteered for the Worcester Music Festival.
听
But he says the time has now come for him to spend more time with his family.
27 - 29 June: The Upton Jazz Festival
Last year's event had to be stripped back to basics because of falling visitor numbers.
听
Rachel Hayward has been appointed Music Director for the Festival in 2014.
听
Her remit is to help shape the event, engage with the bands and to maintain our traditions whilst bringing in new ideas.
听
From a New Orleans background, Rachel has played amongst the very best players on the British jazz scene for over 30 years.
听
She ran the Bude Jazz Festival for a number of years, and she now brings together her experience and love of music along with her exceptional organising skills as our Music Director for the Upton Jazz.听

It's also the home to several open mic nights including Tuesdays at the Great Malvern Hotel, Wednesdays at The Morgan, Thursdays that used to be at Re-Con and occasional nights at The Unicorn.
听
The West Malvern Social Club is one such venue hosting regular music, so it was a natural choice to take our monthly recording roadshow to the hills - as we celebrated not only the best in music, but Mothering Sunday too!
听
