National Transplant Week

Dr Chetna Kang and Toby Friedner focus on disability and mental health.

This is Rob and Kath from Hertfordshire. In September 2013 Kath had a double lung and heart transplant. She waited two years for suitable organs to be available. She is one of the lucky ones. There are around 10,000 people in need of an organ in the UK yet just 32% of the population are registered donors. Hear Rob and Kath's remarkable story on Shrink Wrapped Sunday from 1pm.
