Why don't people register to vote?
Bite the Ballot director Oliver Sidorczuk and Labour MP Graham Allen, who chairs the Common's Political and Constitutional Reform Committee, on the efforts to get more people to get signed up to vote.
They looked at why some potential voters especially those who are younger or from an ethnic minority - are missing from the register and how to get make it easier for them to take part in democracy.
They spoke to Andrew Neil and guest John Bird on the Daily Politics.
