Chris Leslie: I hope Chancellor does U-turn on living wage
Chris Leslie MP, Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer talks to the 大象传媒鈥檚 Andrew Marr about the upcoming budget.
Mr Leslie said he wanted to see "proper welfare reforms and proper public service reforms that aren鈥檛 self-defeating".
He described the UK's economic recovery as "very fragmented and frayed at the edges" and said was hoping the Chancellor will "do a U-turn on the living wage".
