Disabled anglers are delighted to be back fishing on the south pier in Lowestoft after a long campaign to reopen it
After being shut off to the public and anglers for nearly two years, the seaward end of Lowestoft's south pier has now reopened. It was fenced off by the owner Associated British Ports amid fears over public safety. But there's been jubilation after the gates were removed yesterday
