Dan Hattersley has been playing music since the age of seven, ever since he was given his first drum kit.

Over the years, he's been increasingly interested and intrigued in production, focusing on electronic music, producing house to drum & bass.

When he's not in the studio, you can find Dan skating, running, mountain biking or down at the pub watching the footie with his mates!

More than 250 gigs will be taking place this weekend as the Worcester Music Festival returns for its eighth year.
听
The three-day event, which began last night, is being held in multiple venues across the city, from pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes to historic buildings, river cruisers, record shops, on the streets and even in breweries.
听
There's also a number of free workshops taking place, from drum clinics and Q&As with industry experts to learning an instrument or singing in a pop choir.
听
Amateur photographers can also enter the annual photography competition.
听
Showcasing every genre imaginable - from rock, indie, metal, punk, psychedelic, pop and DJs to folk, jazz, blues, reggae, hip hop, country and acoustic acts - the festival has evolved to become a beacon for some of the best new and underground acts from across the UK, who all play for free to expand their fan base.
听
More than 1000 bands applied to perform at this year's volunteer-run festival, with many comparing it to SXSW in Austin, Texas.

This month's sessions were recorded in the 大象传媒 Introducing in Hereford & Worcester tent at LakeFest near Evesham.

The event, at Croft Farm Waterpark in Bredons Hardwick, has grown from a cider festival four years ago, into a full-scale festival that welcomed around 6,000 people this summer.
听
Headliners included Goldie Lookin Chain, Ash and The Cheeky Girls - and next year it's relocating to the site of the former Big Chill at Eastnor Deer Park.
听

Bromyard, now Tenbury, musician is regarded by many as one of the UK's top up-and-coming young jazz guitarists and has toured the UK, Australia, France, Norway and Italy as well as performing at Buckingham Palace, live on 大象传媒 Radio 2 and 大象传媒 Radio 3, as well as here on 大象传媒 Hereford & Worcester.

His unique style blends elements from gypsy swing, jazz, blues, rock, hip hop and world music.

In 2014 Remi was awarded runner up in the British Jazz Awards in both the Rising Star and Guitar Category.
