Indian telecom firms 'have no excuse'
India is beginning its rollout of 4G but there are complaints that existing services are not good enough to start with.
A lack of signal and calls "dropping out" are regular problems, with operators and the government blaming each other.
The 大象传媒鈥檚 Shilpa Kannan asked India鈥檚 Communications and IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad who was to blame.
