Andy Randle (ALR) is a musician, songwriter and programmer who uses keyboards to make dance music.

In the late '80s, he used to be in the forces and starred in a Pet Shop Boys tribute band in the Falklands called the Chip Shop Boys, which is handy as Chris Lowe is one of his influences - along with Vince Clark and Martin Gore!

He says he's never touched a computer and insists on programming drums from scratch.

He's now gone solo - and this was only his second-ever gig.

Becky Hill

Becky Hill
, we gave the first-ever airplay to an unknown artist in Bewdley by the name of Becky Hill.

Back then, she was writing and performing tracks with a band called听.

Over those next few months, we forwarded three of her best singles onto Huw Stephens and Tom Robinson and invited her band to perform a live session with us at Nozstock.

Just one year later, Becky landed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to听.

Although she didn't win it,听.

She's since teamed up with several high profile producers and is regularly performing gigs all over the world.

On last week's show, we heard about her collaborations with Wilkinson, Rudimental and Oliver Heldens - so tonight we ask "what's next?".

大象传媒 Introducing: The Worcester Music Festival

大象传媒 Introducing: The Worcester Music Festival
This month's sessions were recorded at Drummonds as part of this year's Worcester Music Festival.

The event has been compared to a local version of SXSW with several pubs and clubs around the city hosting live music with song-writing workshops also taking place during the weekend.

It was founded in 2008 by Chris Bennion who makes Worcestershire Sauce who wanted his area to be known for more than just Lea & Perrins.

YouTube Dad

YouTube Dad
A video by a north Worcestershire dad to his newborn daughter has now been seen more than half a million times on YouTube, after being picked up by the national press.

29-year-old Matthew Finch, from Hollywood, recently became a dad for the first time so he decided to write and sing a song for his 13-day-old daughter.

The clip shows Matt, with baby Ivy who's asleep, playing her Ivy's Dream Song.

Monthly roadshows
If you run a venue or you鈥檙e a music promoter, then we want to hear from you!

Since the beginning of 2011, we've taken our 大象传媒 Introducing show out on-the-road to various areas across our patch to bring people a flavour of the local music scene.

Every month, we rock up at a different venue with a pile of microphones, cables and recording equipment along with several vans full of enthusiastic musicians!

As well as the bands being able to invite an audience, we also bring along a number of music industry professionals to comment on the live acts.

We tend to host our sessions on evenings/weekends is because it's normally a quiet time for venues - so effectively you get a free gig curated with the best bands (from the thousands who have submitted their music to us), full tech provided, plus听听- so effectively you just need to open your doors!
