Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre opens
Robert Everitt from St Edmundsbury Borough Council, organisers of the annual Christmas Fayre in Bury St Edmunds, says he's expecting about 120,000 visitors to come to the event over the next three days.
Attractions spread from the Abbey Gardens, through the town centre up to the Arc shopping centre.
Visitors are warned there may be delays on roads approaching the town centre, but are assured the wait "will be worthwhile".
