Dominican Republic baby: 'How beautiful'
An Ipswich woman whose granddaughter was born prematurely, thousands of miles away in the Dominican Republic, has described meeting her for the first time.
Angela Kempen was speaking after returning home from seeing baby Evie who was born on 28 September.
Evie, who this week weighed 3lbs 11oz, is still out in the Caribbean with her parents Sharon Halls and Daniel Compton.
