It's exactly a month today since Major Tim Peake blasted off from earth, and arrived at the International Space Station.

Today, he'll be taking part in his first space walk - where he'll be repairing a power unit on the outside. To celebrate the occasion, the National Space Centre in Leicester will be holding a series of events to coincide with the 大象传媒's stargazing live programme! 大象传媒 Radio Leicester's, Helen McCarthy, went to find out more and we also spoke to Space Expert, Dr David Whitehouse.

A consultation on proposals to regenerate Belgrave Road ends today. The city council has been asking businesses and residents for their thoughts on three separate options over the past 6 weeks. They're hoping that reducing the number of lanes from four to two would allow more space for cycle lanes and parking - while improving air quality.
The scheme is supported by many local traders, but these people aren't so happy with the plans...

Do you know how much exercise you need to do to work off that packet of crisps or chocolate bar ?

We're were joined this morning, by Duncan Stevenson, the Director External Affairs Of The Royal Society For Public Health.
