Peter Schaffer's Amadeus has not only been around the world but to Broadway – and back
As the New York version of Peter Schaffer's play Amadeus arrives in London, why has the play achieved worldwide success? An exhibition of 50 nature studies by Leonardo da Vinci opens at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. Two new recordings of Hector Berlioz's Requiem, the Grande Messe des Morts. And, the work of the ´óÏó´«Ã½ transcription service, which supplies programmes to stations worldwide and which is currently under threat from government cuts.
