Berkshire Cricket's Mark Roche, on his plans to shake-up local cricket by putting all teams in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire in one, huge pyramid.
"It came out of a survey that said 48% of cricketers felt that the people who run cricket weren't listening to them."
"There's nearly 600 teams and 6000 players who are finding it difficult to reach the top level."
"The travel a team has to do is not based on what level they are, but what league there in."
"The club I play in, we can easily have a 150-mile trip for a league 9 game. It's not what people are after."
