31 stone man says he hasn't left his house in 18 months
Gavin, who weighs 31 and a half stone and hasn't left his house in 18 months says he's struggled with his weight since puberty,
"I've gone from walking four or five miles a day, playing Sunday League Football, being really active to not being able to walk around my flat without being in pain, out of breath and really really struggling. I struggle to get out of bed, I struggle to get to the sofa in the living room which is only 15 or 20 steps away."
Speaking to 5 Live's Afternoon Edition, Gavin says that "people often laughed at the way I looked and that just made things worse".
