Sturgeon: PM hasn't 'honoured' promise on Scotland
Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said the Prime Minister Theresa May has not yet "honoured" her promise on Scotland.
Speaking to Andrew Marr, she said she was "frustrated" by the lack of progress on Brexit negotiations and insisted that there should be a vote in the House of Commons on the government's proposals.
