Maidenhead United: Lock only looking at next game
Coach Sam Lock is only looking at the next game as the Magpies close in on promotion.
After Maidenhead United beat Concord Rangers 2-0 on Good Friday, First Team Coach Sam Lock says the side cannot get carried away.
"We are just doing what we are doing every week at the moment," he told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "It doesn't matter about performances any more.
"It was a horrid second half, it was a non event if I am honest...we just kind of sat there in second gear and thought 'well, we are two goals clear'."
And Lock realises that the Magpie's fate is entirely down to them.
"We are in a position where it is in our own hands, and we have got a fantastic group of players.
"It's been brilliant all year, and we are on the verge of what we deserve now."
