Turbo from Alesha鈥檚 Street Dance Stars teaches a floor move that comes from house dance. He demonstrates the move slowly with clear directions focusing on how to lower yourself down to the floor and then immediately push your body back up from a sitting position. Music is then added and the movement is performed a further four times.
