Racing: Balding excited by Champions Day at Ascot
The Kingsclere trainer is hoping to pick up a winner at the UK's richest day of racing.
Andrew Balding has runners in three Group 1 races, and one Group 2 race at the Ascot meeting.
"The prize money on offer is fantastic," Balding told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Ady Williams. "This is where you tend to target your better horses.
"This is very much the meeting of the autumn."
And Balding is hopeful of getting a result in the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes, a race he has two runners in.
"Beat the Bank is probably the obvious horse, although he's not won at Group 1 level...the way he won the Joel Stakes last time out suggests he's one of the top milers around.
"This is taking on the best that Europe's got to offer and he's got to raise his game again."
