Originating from local open mic nights to headlining the O2 Academy 3 with the release of their debut EP, the band are influenced by The 1975,听Hodera, Bon Iver and The Hunna.

The band had interesting beginnings, having met at a neighbour's New Year's Eve party after being introduced to one another by their mothers!

The music, which is being run by the team at the Cardinal鈥檚 Hat, will coincide with the pop-up beer festival at nearby Tudor House Museum.
听
Nigel Smith and Tash Daly, from The Cardinal鈥檚 Hat, say: "We are particularly encouraging applications from acoustic acts as this will really suit the outside stage.

David Cassidy tributes

Mr Cassidy had been in intensive care in hospital in Florida after suffering multiple organ failure.
听
He shot to fame when he starred in the 1970s sitcom "The Partridge Family", before embarking on a solo career which made him, for a while, one of the most sought after performers in the world.
听
This time last year, we visited Rockfield Studios in Monmouth to look behind the scenes of the studios that brought us recordings from Queen and Oasis to Primal Screen and Adam & The Ants.

It was during our time there that owner Lisa Ward told us about the time David Cassidy came to record, in our part of the world.

Julian Lloyd Webber opens new Bromsgrove venue

A major new performing arts venue opened on Wednesday night at Bromsgrove School - with the renowned听cellist and classical conductor Julian Lloyd Webber dropping in.
听
This new 300-seat live performance venue includes a large drama studio, music classrooms and recording studios.
听
It's taken 18 months to construct and will be available to the wider community too.

The team behind the productions formed nearly 100 years ago at the Corn Exchange, which burned down in 1939.
听
They then moved to The Roxy Theatre, which closed, and in 1982 moved to their present location at the top of the town.
听
They extended the facility 20 years later and now host events almost every weekend.
听

Tom Jones' god-daughter

That's what a Hereford woman found when she was a schoolgirl trying to persuade her friends that it really was the Welsh singing legend.
听
Susan Gibbs' parents were friends and neighbours with Sir Tom, but lost touch after he found fame.
听
She finally met Sir Tom again at one of his gigs - and clearly remembers her friends not believing her stories as he became better-known.
听

Our next recording session takes place on Sunday 3 December at De Koffie Pot in Hereford from 2pm, where we鈥檒l be showcasing some of the best new musicians we have in region.

These artists didn't even know they were being considered - and we hope this inspires people to keep sending in their music, because we really do listen to everything!
