拢2.8bn for 'under pressure' English NHS
NHS services in England will get an extra 拢2.8bn, the chancellor said in his Budget speech.
Philip Hammond said "we will always back it" and more patients were being treated.
The money he announced will see 拢350m to plan for this winter, and the rest coming before 2020, as the chancellor said he acknowledged the NHS was "under pressure and today we respond"
