When Hezron Louw started selling fried chicken from a double-decker bus in Johannesburg, South Africa, his low prices didn't exactly pull in the punters. The Sumting Fresh founder explains the surprising way he turned things around, in conversation with fellow fried chicken entrepreneurs Brittney Bean, of Mother Clucker in London, and Saeahm Lee, of Nekkid Wings in Seoul.
