For the purposes of this competition, you will provide the ´óÏó´«Ã½ with your personal data, including your name, suburb and a contact telephone number. We may also request proof of age, identity and eligibility, however we will not need to make copies or otherwise retain this information. Winners of the competition will also need to provide their address in order to receive their prize.

Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 16 or over, except ´óÏó´«Ã½ employees or those of its affiliates and their close relatives or any person connected to the competition. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.

2. The competition will be run on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Suffolk during the breakfast show and will be advertised on air and online (except when editorial requirements lead to a change in schedule or a change in programme content)

3. During the competition, listeners will be played a cryptic piece of audio or given a clue or question which identifies a place or person and invited to enter by calling the number: 0800 141 2121. The call is free from landlines and mobile phones. You will be asked to give your name, general location, provide a contact number and your answer.

4. Entry is only open during the times announced on-air. Entries received outside these times will not be registered. The opening and closing times may change so please listen to announcements during the programme.

5. From the correct entries, a winner will be selected at random and will then be called back. If the winner is unable to be contacted on the number given after reasonable attempts have been made, the ´óÏó´«Ã½ reserves the right to disqualify that winner.

6. In the event of the production team receiving no entries for the competition, or no entries are correct, this will be announced on air. The prize will no roll-over or accumulate.
7. The prize consists of a Radio Suffolk Rubber Duck. The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative.

8. Winners cannot re-enter the competition for a period of 4 weeks.

9. The ´óÏó´«Ã½ reserves the right to: (i) amend these terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the competition opening and closing times and the programmes included; (ii) disqualify any entries that breach these rules, are in any way fraudulent or which bring the ´óÏó´«Ã½ into disrepute; (iii) withdraw the entrant at any stage should they display inappropriate, offensive, abusive or any other kind of behaviour unsuitable for broadcast (including, but not limited to being under the influence of alcohol, restricted drugs or chemical substances or causing a nuisance) and; (iv) cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.

10. The ´óÏó´«Ã½â€™s decision as to winners and prizes awarded is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

11. The ´óÏó´«Ã½, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem which may result in any entry not being properly registered.

13. To the extent permitted by law, the ´óÏó´«Ã½ will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise) including financial, reputational loss or disappointment.

14. The promoter of the competition is the British Broadcasting Corporation and the applicable law is the laws of England and Wales.
