Could drive-in gigs be the future?
Danish singer Mads Langer has told 大象传媒 Radio 5 Live what it was like performing in front of concert-goers in their cars.
A series of drive-in gigs are being held in the city of Aarhus in Denmark during the coronavirus pandemic, with the first selling out in minutes.
Langer told 5 Live Drive's Tony Livesey, 鈥減eople in their cars were using whatever tools they had to make noise," adding that "the windscreen wipers were taking over as the show went on and it became a thing鈥.
Mark Chemnitz from Front of House Aarhus, came up with the idea and worked together with local authorities to organise the event.
