Yin Lu, the first person evicted from the new series of The Traitors - shares her regrets after being booted off the first episode.

"None of us knew that the first murder would be so quick [and] there wasn't that much actual gameplay between traitor selection and that initial roundtable and the first murder.

"Had I had that intel, I would have possibly like toned it down even another 90%", Yin said speaking to 5 Live's Rick Edwards.

She also shared her predictions for who to watch as the series unravels - highlighting Ben, Leanne and Charlotte as strong contestants.

Yin tipped both Leanne and Charlotte to make it halfway due to their "bravery in trying to be something else".
