The one thing that will improve your yoga practice

Yoga is a series of exercises and poses practised around the world to help with physical and mental health. Breathing and meditation techniques are often part of the practice. Leading yoga teachers Deepika Mehta and Rima Rabbath advise why breathing is such a powerful part of yoga and how, if you've just got five minutes, concentrating on breathing will give you the biggest benefit.
