Community activist Clare Cowen, who paid a visit to an Ipswich Festival to talks to Angelle about her new book, her life growing up in South Africa and her journey into activism.

Lillian Hiw talks about her Chinese food business out in Bury St. Edmunds, she is a private chef, tutor, runs a food events business and is passionate about encouraging others to eat well and enjoy great Chinese cuisine.

Cad gives a run down of some of the events this week at the Norfolk and Norwich Festival and Jackie Ellis catches up with Stella Frangleton, the Diverse Communities officer at Suffolk Police about her new role.
