Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, Michelle Donelan, says vapes have 鈥渄readful medical ramifications鈥�, as the number of young people using disposable vapes is growing.

Michelle told Radio 5 Live鈥檚 Rachel Burden, 鈥渋t鈥檚 a worrying trend and one of which we need to address鈥�.

When asked what her personal views are on the banning of disposable vapes, Donelan referenced to the lack of evidence to these young people.

鈥淚t鈥檚 important that when you make any kind of policy that you do call for evidence- that鈥檚 the kind of politician I am.鈥�

Officials in Westminster are actively looking for ways to reduce the numbers of people buying and using vapes.
