Online safety campaigner, Ian Russell believes the Online Safety Bill will bring about positive change to digital safety for teenagers.

Ian's daughter, Molly, took her own life in 2017 after viewing harmful content online.

Russell spoke to 5 Live Breakfast鈥檚 Rachel Burden ahead of our Teen 23 summit.

He said it鈥檚 important to work as 鈥渜uickly and effectively as possible鈥� once the Bill is passed in order to 鈥渃ombat the 10-20 years of unregulated internet鈥�.

鈥淲e all need a culture change in order to make sure we鈥檙e all using digital technology safely,鈥� Ian added.

鈥淓veryone who is online has to consider their actions online.鈥�
